The Team
Donata Makuta has lived in the Bay Area in Santa Clara, Sunnyvale and Mountain View for over 20 years having located here from Munich, Germany. She has represented numerous clients throughout the Bay Area with her “marketing” expertise and “keen” market knowledge.
Prior to serving clients with their real estate needs, Donata worked in the High-Tech industry. She brings extensive marketing, relationship management, sales, customer service & project management knowledge to the table. Each client is a special relationship. Each transaction is a unique project consisting of a project plan, Go-to-Market strategy and execution of determined deliverables to reaching a successful outcome.
Certifications and Licenses:
- California Real Estate Broker: Lic. # – As a broker, we take continuing education and testing every 4 years.
- Realtor – REALTOR® is a federally registered collective membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
- SRES: Seniors Real Estate Specialist – The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for REALTORS® who are able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans (50 and over) when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties.
- NMLS: Nationwide Multistate Licensing System – Licensed mortgage sales representative. We partner with Mortgage Magic and are able to provide buyers with a mortgage/loan through a wide network of lenders. Continuing education and certification is required on an annual basis to be current on the NMLS license.
- PMP Certification: Project Management
Rebecca Selden is a real estate professional works in the heart of Silicon Valley at Donata Real Estate & Mortgages. A native Californian, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Santa Clara County Association of Realtors. She also prides herself on her listening skills and customer service. She is a talented negotiator and offers strategic approaches for her clients. Rebecca and her team provide many benefits to both buyers and sellers with impactful end results.
Rebecca is active within the community, keeping up with legislation, attends local events and supports many charities. She has organized many community participation donation events and co-chaired several school auctions. Rebecca is also a published author.
Rebecca’s most honorable roll in life and what motivates her is being mom to her two athletic sons. When not helping clients, you can find her with her two rescue dogs enjoying adventurous road trips to new places, watching her sons play hockey or spending time with her family.
